Busy day...
I woke up this morning knowing I was near the finish line as far as my rental house was concerned. It's been a grueling few weeks. I got up early and finished the cleanup projects I needed to do, packed the rest of my stuff in the van along with the last of the garbage, and left the house for the last time...
It's a strange feeling not having a home base, but to be traveling in your home with all your possessions and not really knowing where you will spend the night. Although this trip I did have a destination point, my daughter's house, I needed to deliver the collection of houseplants, but tomorrow life is kind of wide open...
I'm feeling the call to really get on the road. I still have a few loose ends that I need to tie up before I leave, but after that I can turn westward to experience what this journey has to teach me...
In Native American culture, the appearance of random white feathers signifies rebirth and new beginnings.
